Ways I fight germs year round: Low Tox Motherhood Family Photographer
Fighting germs and sickness is inevitable these days. I hear from a lot of my clients that it’s a cycle they would like to end. I can’t blame you. It’s everywhere! One of the best ways I fight all of the germs and keep my home and quality of air healthy is with Thieves and Thieves Household Cleaner. It kills 99.96% of all germs and 100% of mold. At the same time, Motherhood is also messy. As much as you plan for it, sometimes the unexpected arrises during their stages of growth that leave you exhausted and emotional. Speaking from someone who went through bad postpartum depression and years of meds. Fast forward a little… years ago a beautiful essential oil was introduced to me (well after mine had grown out of the baby stage) but I started using it during my Photography sessions and sharing it with my clients. I had a ton of messages and calls once they used it thanking me for saving their sanity lol.

Being a new mom is pretty scary and overwhelming at times right? I mean, there is so much information thrown at you from day one and everyone and they're Auntie has some words of wisdom (or old wives tales) for you. Hee hee. And let’s not get started at the fake news online.

I’ll tell you one thing about Motherhood that isn’t scary though. Knowing you aren’t alone. Having a community of friends and family that you can trust and that genuinely care about you. Finding you tribe, person or people (whatever that looks like) is something we all need. We are social creatures and let’s face it. Life is so much better when you have a support system in place. Sharing what works, swapping recipes, going out for coffee/tea dates it’s the health, mental and wellness you and your family need. Because let me tell you, that first year goes by so fast!
When it comes to our children (and our own wellbeing) we only want the best. Making little improvements everyday to live a better, healthier quality of life is something I am very passionate about. Just like when I say you are welcomed into the studio, you are my family. I take care of you while you are here as if you were my own. If you’ve had a session with me you’ll know that rings true ;)
Before your arrive at the studio I run through a routine that I’ve been doing for years. Starting with a deep clean, removing all items from the studio. Floors are first, I use Young Living’s Thieves Household Cleaner. It’s all natural, plant based, ultra concentrated and non abrasive.
