She's one year's old!
I seriously love my job! No…like seriously love it! Especially when it connects me to such amazing people who have little people that are equally as amazing. ;)
This little pudding’ is Audrey. She came in for her 1st Birthday celebration with her big sister. If you ever wonder what our Baby sessions are like, think of fun, snack breaks, speed and silliness. From time to time there are they shy ones too. But rest assured we take the time to let baby adjust to new surroundings.
Dance, Play, Pout, be sassy, throw tantrums and scream…ya know..the usual. And then in comes big sissy asking for hugs and kisses.
Of course we couldn’t miss the opportunity to capture this gorgeous girl. Meet sweet big sister Emery. The most adorable smile and so kind hearted. This girl is going places I tell ya.
She showed off some dance moves and her free spirited nature. I mean…soooo cute!
These two little ones had a blast. But what killed me was the poses and dancing we got from Audrey at the end of her session. Cause ya know…snacks are life right?
Look at that cheesy grin. Haaa…I think she was smelling it.

Xavier- Brand Ambassador 2021
You’ve probably seen me posting this sweet little guy around social media over the last 5 months or so. That’s because he is our newest Brand Ambassador.
And yes….he’s sooooo stinking cute. I swear I am so lucky to work with such amazing families and the best babies ever!
I just can’t with his adorable little features. Definitely a future ladies man lol.
Xavier you are full of fun and expressions. I can’t wait till our next milestone session together real soon!

David Austin Wedding Roses. One of the most prestigious and respected Brands in the World! To say that we are humbled and still in shock is an understatement! We absolutely adore this family and were so excited to celebrate this milestone for our clients earlier this year.

Rewind to almost 2 years ago when I met this beautiful mama. Who was awaiting her wedding day to her best friend at the gorgeous Elora Mill. She was so excited and I knew couldn’t wait to be a mom.
She has always been such an amazing supporter and had asked if I would do a maternity session for them come the time. Of course I said yes. ;)
Fast forward to when life threw us COVID and lockdowns. We had to postpone but I am so thrilled we got the opportunity to work together.
Introducing sweet baby Collins.
Collins was spoiled with only the best in roses from Aspen Florist. Lisa at Aspen Florist used the one and only David Austin Roses. I can’t tell you how INCREDIBLE these smelled. It was just gorgeous and this sweet little babes dainty personality was a match made in heaven.
We celebrated this little one with mom and dad in studio. Here are some of my favourite photographs we captured from that day.
Paige & Shayne, thank you for allowing me to come out of (newborn) retirement to capture this milestone for your sweet little family. She is an absolute doll and I know these beautiful memories will be a part of your family for decades to come.

Brand Ambassador Graduation
Bittersweet comes to mind with this posting. Our sweet Maci has graduated from our Brand Ambassador program and we had so much fun over the year and a half documenting her.
Holy cow has she ever grown since the first day I met her. Here is a shot from her newborn session (back when I still offered this service)
Maci was documented from a newborn right up until she was just about 2 years old. A huge and special shoutout to her sweet mom and dad (and doting big brother) for allowing me to do so. For the time we spent making memories and all the laughter in between. It truly has been an honour. You have filled my cup in more ways than you will ever know.
Our last session was kept classic and documented her personality. As always…she nailed it. Enjoy x

A First Birthday Beauty
First Birthday’s in the studio are so much fun! Whether you are new to the studio or have been with us on a PKP journey I welcome you!
Meet Laila! She came into the studio last fall to celebrate the big O-N-E! And man oh man did we have fun with her.

She got right into it…in fact we have some shots of her with icing everywhere and a raspberry stained dress lol (don’t worry I sprayed it for mom before she left)
She clearly LOVED every minute of it and couldn’t wait to dive right in. No wonder with this beautiful cake from Sweetery.ca!

Oh Rosie…
I often wonder when babies come into the studio with mom what goes through their little minds. You too? I mean some of the expressions they give you are priceless.
Rosie’s 1st Birthday Portraits
See what I mean? This expression though…lol
My cake smash sessions always start with some classic portraits. I do this for 2 reasons:
Mom and Dad get to cherish some timeless professional portraits before we jump into the cake fun.
This gives baby time to “warm” up with me, and become get familiar with new surroundings.
Sweet sweet Rosie was a gem to photograph and absolutely loved hanging out in the studio. She played with some toys and loved playing peek a boo too.

Rosie had an awesome time. Brief tears as all. We loved having her celebrate with us in studio and we can’t wait to do the same for you!
