Seldom do we associate motherhood with all things beauty for ourselves. It is so easy to get caught up and feel overwhelmed with things to do, places to be present for our own wants and needs. When you are expecting a baby you begin to understand this more than ever. Life is busy. We get it.

However….pausing that life button to take time out for yourself is ever more important these days. To recognize that you deserve it too and this is exactly what this gorgeous mama did recently. In fact…she brought her adorable new hubby in too to join in on the fun.

Think Pink! A Fun Maternity Shoot: Oshawa,Toronto, Bowmanville,Petra King Photography

I LOVE working with maternity clients. By now you have figured that out right? LOL

This next shoot was not only a maternity shoot but a FUN maternity shoot from start to finish.

And why YES we have been doing a lot of them lately. It’s been amazing to be able to create and work with such unique mom’s to be that put their trust in not only myself but Aspen Florist too so that we can deliver above and beyond expectations for them. We wanted to do another styled event in studio and worked with a bunch of amazing local businesses to collaborate on this to share with you what we are all about. I mean…pssht.. ya! Like no words right? OMG do we ever have FUN with our mamas! LOL. And…might I add that this was a total coiniky-dink (if that’s even such a word) that mom’s hair matched the roses bang on! I legit squealed lol. Ha! Might I just add that she is also a Canadian Colourist of the Year 2018/2019! How cool! Then again I am a sucker for a beautiful mama and a killer sleeve too! To some of you it may not be your thing but we totally loved it!
