Earlier this week we put our best foot forward, LITERALLY! I am THRILLED to announce that I had the great pleasure of working with Alejandra of Kiddie Kobbler, Whitby. Not only is she gorgeous, but she is such a WONDERFUL down to earth soul to work with. As you can see in her images here, she has an infectious smile that warmed my heart! Some of you may remember this beautiful girl. A well known face in the momstownwhitby.ca community or perhaps from her maternity session seen HERE? I have had the pleasure of working with this awesome young mom a number of times now and apart from her maternity session, I also photographed her son's newborn session and most recently as she enters the workforce. Nicole, thank you VERY much for choosing Petra King Photography and we wish you all the best in the near future! A few from our session yesterday. A relaxed, fun, focused session just as much as Nicole. An asset to any company for sure!

As a Photogprapher it's always awesome to get new things for one's business. Be it props, equiptment or just fun stuff in general. I met up with a talented young lady yesterday and was overjoyed with some new items she has worked on. Take a look at her new up and coming Esty Shop called LOOP by LOOP!
I just love working with texture. Different colours and hues, fibers and blends. Each item enhances the natural beauty of the image. Something subtle and beautiful. I can't wait to create some new photographs with these inspiring pieces!

Whoa what a week that was! I'd like to apologize to you all for my absence however these things do happen. My website and blog were victims of a hack attack but I am elated to say that it's been cleaned up on the server side. Thank GOD nothing was damaged here at home. I just pray that this doesn't happen to anyone else.
Saying that THANK YOU for all your support, and encouragement. You kept me going this week as I was a wreck. It's amazing how much I LOVE what I do, needless to say the feelings of helplessness, techie mumbo jumbo and logistics just beat me down lol.
That being said, we are BACK! Stronger and more determind to tackle any other obstacle that life puts in my path!
