Phew-ee what a week we've had. Humid temps again, downpours from the heavens and lots of haze! This weekend I FINALLY got to meet a VERY cool and stylin' family. Their session was a Gift Certificate they decided to cash in on and boy oh boy I am SO happy they did! We all had a busy and FUN time together and kept things moving as with every click of the shutter button, I felt beads of sweat rolling down my back! Hmm NICE. This gorgeous family looked as cool as cucumbers though. So I apologize in advance E & K if I was a sweaty mess by the end haa. HOWEVER!

It was another BEAUTIFUL morning today. I am so happy that we didn't get rained out :D Today I met up with a family from East York, Toronto and they were very excited for our family session. Thanks everyone for making the trek out to hang out with me this morning. I certainly had fun, and hope you did too! The boys are adorable and loved the expressions they gave me and Miss. A...what can I say a beautiful young lady! :D
It was overheard during the session by a certain young lady that " oh yeah...this is WAAAY better than Sears!" ROFL....have to admit she totally made my day! Cheers! Yet another reason to have family portraits done outside of the "bulk shopping" we are bombarded with in life! These images capture YOU, your family and how unique you all are! Voila...here is part two of our Fresh Faces Contest. Check out this little dude. He was so much fun, and talk about full of curious expressions! Hands down, he has the most gorgeous BIG brown eyes I have ever seen! I've been blessed this weekend to photograph such adorable little men! I hung out with three wonderful people yesterday afternoon. Rachel..it was a pleasure meeting you and the kids. Your children are beautiful just like you. Thank you for opening your doors to me and the laughs and mom stories we exchanged!

I am so thrilled to announce that I am now a proud member of The Littlest Heros Project! Let me tell you a little bit about this wonderful organization. Founded in 2008 this non-profit organization prides itself by giving back to children and little ones with illness or who feel at times forgotten. I am very honored to join the hundreds of other's that encourage them to share their stories, and inspiration to the rest of the world. If you have a child, or know a child, who suffers from any type of serious illness or life altering disability we are here to help. The Littlest Heroes Project provides you with a complimentary photo shoot for your hero and family. Please read the information on this site and be sure to contact us so we can help pair you up with a photographer from your area. The whole family … Super Sibs and the Brave Parents are welcome to participate in the session as well!

I would like to start off by saying THANK YOU to everyone who entered. My inbox was hopping this past week and I tell ya, I am so excited to be able to work with some little peoples! Sessions have been set up ( or in the process of) and I'd just introduce two pre-Petra King Photography cuties I'll be working with this month! Aren't they sweet? I can't wait to meet them!
