I know you want to say it so go on..."Look at all those curls!" Oh my goodness, what a gorgeous family I had the absolute pleasure of photographing yesterday morning. I know I seem to repeat many a time about how awesome my job is. Meeting beautiful people both inside and who welcome you into their homes, and make you feel like one of the family really goes to show just how much kindness and love there is in our world. I wish at times I could bottle it and send it to places in need! :) So once again I am so lucky and very blessed. This wonderful couple greeted me with so much enthusiasm yesterday it really was contageous :) We spent some time together in their home giggling, sharing a few stories and getting to know these handsome young boys! I was re-educated once again from a super cool 6 year old about Thomas and Lego. ( Felt just like being at home)

The rain held out for us this morning and I was so excited to meet up with this young beautiful family. Not only did I get to have many a converastion with these girls, they reminded again why I LOVE what I do. Life through the eyes of a child is a wonderous thing. L & P here are a few sneak peaks. Fresh Faces part deux:: Ajax,Durham Region Photographer Petra King
Voila...here is part two of our Fresh Faces Contest. Check out this little dude. He was so much fun, and talk about full of curious expressions! Hands down, he has the most gorgeous BIG brown eyes I have ever seen! I've been blessed this weekend to photograph such adorable little men! I hung out with three wonderful people yesterday afternoon. Rachel..it was a pleasure meeting you and the kids. Your children are beautiful just like you. Thank you for opening your doors to me and the laughs and mom stories we exchanged!

I am so thrilled to announce that I am now a proud member of The Littlest Heros Project! Let me tell you a little bit about this wonderful organization. Founded in 2008 this non-profit organization prides itself by giving back to children and little ones with illness or who feel at times forgotten. I am very honored to join the hundreds of other's that encourage them to share their stories, and inspiration to the rest of the world. If you have a child, or know a child, who suffers from any type of serious illness or life altering disability we are here to help. The Littlest Heroes Project provides you with a complimentary photo shoot for your hero and family. Please read the information on this site and be sure to contact us so we can help pair you up with a photographer from your area. The whole family … Super Sibs and the Brave Parents are welcome to participate in the session as well!

Fresh Faces Winners:: Ajax, Durham Region & GTA Maternity,Newborn and Family Photographer
I would like to start off by saying THANK YOU to everyone who entered. My inbox was hopping this past week and I tell ya, I am so excited to be able to work with some little peoples! Sessions have been set up ( or in the process of) and I'd just introduce two pre-Petra King Photography cuties I'll be working with this month! Aren't they sweet? I can't wait to meet them!
