Ajax,Durham Region child Photographer, Petra King :: mine and the outdoors

I am sure I am not the only one who finds it difficult to get updated photos of our own children.  Well this afternoon was no different.  We venture out and go exploring in the woods, love that the 4 of us got to hang out and spend some "quality family time" together.  So of course I bring along the camera!  It will be fun right?  ( insert sigh here lol)

It's too sunny, I can't see...I don't want to stand there.. :D

We've all heard it before.  We know every trick in the book ( if we haven't played that card ourselves at one point in time)  and 50 clicks later, we may get 1 or 2 half decent ones of the kids!  Seriously, I find it SO much easier doing photography sessions with my clients kids!  Haa..

At any rate, it's time well spent with "our family" and I know that ONE day, the kids will totally catch me off guard and an impromptu session will materialize.  But for now, I am grateful and oh so proud to call these MINE.  They are not perfect portraits, nor do I want them to be and that's why I love them.   Love you with all my heart...mummy. xoxo
