Oshawa_Branding_Session: Dine & Style Catering_Petra_King_Photography

You guys!!

Dine & Style Catering called and booked a Branding Shoot with me last month and let me tell you. I loved every minute of it!! We went on-site for this shoot since we are working with food and the kitchen. The day of our shoot the weather was cold, windy as heck and dark. BUT it added to being able to create some amazing content for their website and social media. Plus it was exactly the vibe they were going for so win win!

These yummy and beautiful dishes were created by a wonderful powerhouse duo featured below. Meet Sinead and Greg. The faces behind Dine and Style Catering. A little back history about them. They have been in business for 16 years and are based out of Oshawa. Dine & Style Catering specializes in catering events all over the GTA ranging from Corporate Functions to Weddings and Private Events. If you are looking for a fabulous team to head up your next event. I highly recommend giving them a call. You won’t be disappointed.

I had the pleasure of meeting Sinead at a Christmas function earlier this year that the wonderful Aspen Florist hosted. This is not the first time I have worked with Dine & Style mind you but this was by far my favourite. There’s something about watching Chef’s in action. The buzz, the noise of the kitchen, mise en place (food prep for those not familiar to the term lol) the meticulous placement of ingredients as they are plated and the attention to detail as plates leave the pass. You see to the average customer, you do not realize or stop to think all that goes into the meal or crudite that you are about to enjoy. So despite the long hours and gruelling schedules, the genuine love and passion for food is (mostly) why they do what they do.
